During a one on one session, I work in tandem with clients whom want to make a Wellness or Lifestyle change. Over the course of several sessions we define what you are working towards, develop techniques to initiate motivation, relieve stress and/or
increase energy and develop a natural progression of structure along your path.
Wellness Coahing is for anyone who wants to learn meditation, concepts to apply them in their daily life /or clarify their Personal Vision- to bring structure, depth and understanding into their pursuit.
This coaching process encourages the client to make sustainable changes from within and strengthens their own innate ability for a lasting state of well- being. We will strategize and assess progress, make changes that are needed and identify any blocks or limiting beliefs, for him or her to proceed forward.
