Meditation coaching provides a natural resource for your mind and body to strengthen internal balance, relieve stress, and increase your energy level. It is a practice that combines traditional life coaching methods with meditation to help you shift depleting energy patterns to uplifting ones. During this processes, you will raise your consciousness, experience deeper connectivity, and develop your true conviction in life.
During our one on one sessions, I tailor a Kundalini breath meditation, mantra, mudra and/or kriya (yoga posture) to each client’s health and wellness needs…the benefits are profound.
