My Life Coaching practice is based on a holistic and practical       approach that enables an abundant expression of health, love,and happiness. My method incorporates transformative mind, body and breathing techniques that will help you realign your relationships with internal barriers and stress. Through our sessions, you will develop a skill set that will empower you to take control of your life.

I offer personalized postures, meditations, breathing exercises, and sound (mantra) tailored for each person's individual needs.  Kundalini Yoga is known to help alleviate fatigue, anxiety, and depression.  Incorporating these postures into your daily routine will increase your sense of truth, prosperity and creativity.
